This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the advertising services provided by Elevate Hub, a digital marketing platform operated by FNW Brands, LLC, under the laws of the State of Missouri. These policies apply to all advertising packages offered through our Elevate Hub website and associated platforms, including but not limited to associated social media groups and email newsletters.
Advertisers are encouraged to read these policies thoroughly to understand their rights and obligations under the terms of their chosen advertising package. It is our commitment at Elevate Hub to uphold the highest standards of digital advertising, aligning with both industry best practices and the legal requirements of the State of Missouri. By engaging with our advertising services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions as set forth.
Refund Policy
Pursuant to the terms of engagement with Elevate Hub, the following refund policy is applicable to all advertising packages:
- Non-Refundable Nature of Services: Due to the inherent nature of digital advertising and the immediate commencement of services upon purchase, all advertising packages provided by Elevate Hub are non-refundable. This policy is in recognition of the instantaneous allocation of resources and efforts initiated upon the activation of services.
- Subscription Cancellation: Advertisers retain the right to discontinue their subscription services upon completion of their current yearly term. To initiate a cancellation, advertisers must notify Elevate Hub in writing within 30 days prior to the renewal date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the automatic renewal of the advertising package for another term.
- Missouri Law Compliance: This Refund Policy is established in accordance with the commercial transaction laws and digital service regulations of the State of Missouri. By accepting the terms of an advertising package, advertisers agree to abide by this non-refundable policy as governed by state law.
Facebook Post Policy
In alignment with the contractual agreement between advertisers and Elevate Hub, the following policy governs the frequency and number of Facebook posts permissible under each advertising package:
- Monthly Post Limitation: Each advertising package includes a predetermined limit on the number of Facebook posts allowed per month in associated social media groups. This limit is set to ensure equitable access and exposure for all participating advertisers.
- Excess Post Charges: Should an advertiser exceed their monthly post limit, a fee of $5 per additional post will be incurred. This charge is in place to manage the balance of content within the community group and to maintain the quality of interaction among group members.
- Monitoring and Enforcement: Elevate Hub reserves the right to monitor the frequency of posts made by each advertiser to ensure adherence to this policy. Continuous or egregious violations may result in further action, up to and including termination of the advertising agreement.
- Missouri Law and Industry Standards: This policy is constructed in compliance with the relevant laws of the State of Missouri and the established standards of online community management. Advertisers agree to abide by these terms as part of their contractual obligations with Elevate Hub.
